Competition T&C's
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Adanola Limited, Dantzic Building, Dantzic Street, Manchester, M4 2AH, United Kingdom, company number 11249558 ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to Rewards Club members resident in the United Kingdom or the United States, aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their US state of residence, if higher). Membership of the Rewards Club is free.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter may ask the winner for proof of eligibility (including age and address) before awarding the prize.
2.4 Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
3.1 The competition opens at 16:00 BST (11:00 ET) on 14 October 2026 and closes at 15:59 BST (10:59 ET) on 15 October 2026 ("the Entry Period").
3.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 No purchase is necessary.
4.2 To enter, click the entry link (Titled - ENTER NOW) in the competition announcement email sent to Rewards Club members. Clicking the link constitutes your entry.
4.3 Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate, bulk, automated or third-party entries will be disqualified.
4.4 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason, including technical faults.
5. The Prize
5.1 There will be five (5) winners. Each winner will receive one Adanola gift card: UK winners will receive a £250 gift card and US winners will receive a $250 gift card. Gift cards are redeemable on adanola.com, subject to the Promoter's gift card terms.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries within 24 hours of the competition closing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6.2 The winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. The Promoter will never ask winners for payment or bank details.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
6.4 The gift card will be sent by email to each winner within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
7. Winner Announcement
The Promoter will make the winners' first names and county (UK) or state (US) available on request by contacting https://adanola.com/pages/contact within one month of the closing date. Winners may object to this information being published.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data provided by entrants will be used only to administer this competition and deliver the prize, in line with UK GDPR, applicable US privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.
8.2 Entrants will not be added to marketing lists unless they have separately opted in.
8.3 Data relating to non-winning entries will be deleted within 1 month of the closing date. Winner data will be kept for up to 6 months to administer the prize and respond to enquiries, and then deleted.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or acts fraudulently.
9.2 The Promoter may cancel or amend the competition or these terms where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.4 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland or the United States may bring proceedings in their local courts
