b) Before joining or participating with the Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective please read the following terms carefully. To join:

i) Customers of Erewhon Lifestyle Collective will be enrolled as members of the Adanola Rewards Club;

When you become a member of Adanola Rewards Club via Erewhon Lifestyle Collective, you agree to be bound by the following terms so please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, or wish to delete your adanola.com account, please email dataprotection@adanola.com.

c) The terms may change from time to time. We will let you know when we make any changes to the Adanola Rewards Club by email and through signage on our website, however, please also ensure you check these terms regularly for updates.

 

 

2) What is the Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective?

The Adanola Rewards Club is a loyalty programme where we reward our members when they carry out certain actions and activities. It's free to join for existing Erewhon Lifestyle Collective customers, and you can redeem rewards you earn online at www.adanola.com.

 

 

3) Who can be a member of the Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective?

a) To be a member of the Club you must:

i) be 18 years old or older;

ii) be an individual using the Adanola Rewards Club for your personal use only; and

iii) have a valid email address which is either linked to an existing adanola.com account, or which is used when creating a new, com account.

iiii) Be a member of Erewhon Lifestyle Collective

b) You can create an adanola.com account (an "Account") by:

i) visiting the following link and clicking "SIGN UP"; and

ii) completing the form with your first name, surname, valid email address and password and clicking "CREATE AN ACCOUNT".

 

 

4) How does Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective enrolment work?

a) Existing customers of Erewhon Lifestyle Collective can enrol anytime by visiting https://adanola.com/pages/adanola-x-erewhon-lifestyle-collective

b) If you have an existing Adanola Rewards Club account with us, please contact help@adanola.com with proof of your Erewhon Lifestyle Collective membership.

c) You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide when creating your Account is correct. If your Account information changes, please ensure you promptly contact help@adanola.com so we can update where we are able to.

d) You may only have one Account per person. If you find you have more than one Account please contact help@adanola.com and we will help to rectify this for you.

 

 

5) How does the Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective work and how do I earn points?

a) The Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective works in two ways:

i) you earn points which you can use to exchange for Adanola vouchers and other rewards as soon as you have reached the required number of points (Reward Points); and

ii) the Reward Points you earn accrue will provide you with access to additional benefits. Note that exchanging your Reward Points for Adanola rewards will not impact your Reward Points balance for the purpose of your Tier status unless stated otherwise below.

b) Adanola Rewards Club members can visit the Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective page https://adanola.com/pages/adanola-x-erewhon-lifestyle-collective to check their Reward Points total, and access other benefits.

 

 

6) Reward Points

a) You can receive Reward Points by doing the following:

You join the Club for the first time. You can only receive these Reward Points once per Account.

You make a purchase on adanola.com. You can receive these Reward Points multiple

times unless, in Adanola's sole discretion, it declares

any activity fraudulent.

£1, $1 or €1  spent is equal to 5 point(s)

You submit your birthdate for the first time. You

will only receive these Reward Points once per Account.

200 points

 

When you provide your birthdate, you will receive a birthday voucher from us on your

birthday every year (in line with the birthdate as advised by you) for 20% off a single item.

The birthday voucher is for use in a single transaction, is one time use, non-transferable and 

is valid for two weeks from the date you receive your voucher.

A birthday voucher is awarded ahead of the birthdate when a birthdate is provided a minimum

of 30 days prior to the birthdate.

 

 

b) You must be logged into your Account on adanola.com to receive Reward Points when you make a purchase online. If you are not logged into to your Account you will not receive Reward Points.

c) Reward Points will usually be awarded within 14 days of completing the action set out above. If you have not received your Reward Points after 14 working days of completing the action set out above please contact us.

d) Reward Points will automatically expire and be cleared from your Account after 12 months of inactivity. In this context, inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any Reward Points within 12 months.

 

 

7) What Rewards can I exchange Reward Points for?

a) Rewards will vary from time to time and may include Adanola vouchers that give you a certain amount off your order, when you spend the minimum order threshold. You can find a list of the latest rewards here (the "Rewards", each a "Reward").

b) Once you have earned sufficient Reward Points to redeem a Reward, you can choose your monetary reward value by clicking ‘redeem’ at the bottom of the Reward page in your Account to unlock a discount code which you can use on your next order, or alternatively redeem at checkout.

We may also notify you by email that you have sufficient Reward Points to redeem a Reward.

c) Your Rewards can be viewed in the history tab on the rewards page in your Account. You can also view all previous Rewards in the rewards history tab on the rewards page.

d) Once you receive your Reward if it has a discount or voucher code you can add it to your order when checking out at adanola.com.

e) Rewards:

i) are one time use only (unless stated otherwise)

ii) are for your personal use only;

iii) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold or resold;

iv) cannot be redeemed for cash;

v) cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards and any other discount codes or vouchers (unless stated otherwise); and

vi) are awarded at our sole discretion.

 

 

8) What perks do I get for signing up to Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective?

a) Adanola x Erewhon Lifestyle Collective members will be given early access to main collection launches, this will be communicated via email on the day, the link will be sent via email only.

b) Free standard shipping on all orders placed to the US, using our US delivery providers only, shipping provider may change but free shipping promotion will be honoured. Where standard shipping is not available, the express equivalent will be provided.

c) VIP classes & events will be communicated via email prior to the event where suitable. Events may be promoted by Erewhon directly.

d) When you provide your birthdate, you will receive a birthday voucher from us 1 week before your birthday every year (in line with the birthdate as advised by you) for 20% off a single item. The birthday voucher is for use in a single transaction, is one time use, non-transferable and is valid for two weeks from the date you receive your voucher.

e) Free tote bag with your first order over $100. Once signed up to Adanola emails, you will be sent a code for a free tote bag via email. The free tote bag, to the value of $49, needs to be added to cart, and the code applied at checkout and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. This can only be added to your first order.

f) 15% off total order. Once signed up to Adanola emails, a 15% off code will be sent to you via email, this code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. Your 15% off code has no minimum spend, must be applied at checkout and will only be redeemable once.

 

 

9) Making changes to Adanola Rewards Club

a) We reserve the right (in our sole but reasonable discretion) to make changes to Tier benefits, how you earn Reward Points, how you redeem Rewards, how we reward your purchases from time to time by giving notice to you, only where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances. We may place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible, the number or type of Rewards or benefits you may receive or earn.

b) Any changes we make will be notified to you through email, updates to the rewards page, and an update to these terms. If you do not agree to any proposed changes made, you may close your Account by contacting dataprotection@adanola.com.

c) We can always make changes to the Adanola Rewards Club or these terms:

i) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;

ii) to make minor technical adjustments and improvements (these are changes that don't affect your use of or participation in the Adanola Rewards Club); or

iii) to change the way the terms are drafting to make them fairer or clearer to you.

 

 

10) Responsibility for loss or damage

a) We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us when you participate in the Club unless the loss is:

i) Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).

ii) Caused by a delaying event outside our control.

iii) Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for use.

iv) A business loss. It relates to your use of a product for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession.

b) We are not responsible for any Reward which is lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party or for actions which are deemed abusive offensive, untrue, libellous or illegal or fraudulent or due to not following these terms, or if the credit of Reward Points is obtained through other activity that violates these terms.

c) We may remove you from the Club at any time in our sole but reasonable discretion if you:

i) fail to comply with these terms;

ii) carry out illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with the terms or which we consider is detrimental to our interests.

d) If you are removed from the Club your Rewards Points and Rewards will automatically expire and you will no longer receive any Tier benefits.

 

 

11) Events outside of our control

If we cannot provide the Club as it is impacted by an event outside our control we contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

 

 

12) Closing your Account or opting out of the Adanola Rewards Club

Being a member of the Adanola Rewards Club is inherent to your Account registration. Therefore, if you wish to close your Account and/or opt-out of Adanola Rewards Club communications, please contact our data protection team at dataprotection@adanola.com who will be happy to assist.

 

 

13) Governing law

These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, or Scotland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
