This page sets out Frequently Asked Questions in respect of the Adanola Rewards Club (the "Club")

What is Adanola Rewards Club?

It is Adanola's loyalty programme where members are rewarded when they carry out certain actions and activities. Our members can earn points which can be redeemed against Adanola rewards.

How do I enrol?

Create an account at https://adanola.com/pages/rewards. If you have an existing adanola.com account you will be automatically enrolled into the Adanola Rewards Club following its relaunch. Please allow upto 48 hours for all points to show.

What does it cost?

Enrolment into the Club is (and will remain) free for every adanola.com account holder.

Where is my rewards info?

You can check your points balance, Tier status and access other perks and benefits by visiting the rewards page in your adanola.com account or by logging in at https://adanola.com/pages/rewards

Do I receive points for past purchases?

No, you will only receive points for any purchases made after creating an account. To receive points, you must ensure you are logged into your adanola.com account when making the purchase.

What if I have multiple accounts?

You may only join the Club with one adanola.com account. If you have multiple adanola.com accounts under your name and/or email address, please contact Customer Service here to resolve.

Points and Perks

How do I earn points?

You earn 200 points for enrolling into Adanola Rewards Club, 200 points for signing upto newsletter mailing list, and 200 points for submitting your birthday.
You can also earn points for purchases, earning 5 points for every £1,$1 or €1 spent.

Note there is no limit on the points you can earn but all points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

How do I redeem points?

It's easy to exchange your points for Adanola rewards. This is done via the rewards page in your adanola.com account which will show any available points and rewards or at checkout directly. Click the "redeem" button at the bottom of the page to turn your points into various Adanola rewards, including vouchers. Any rewards claimed will be listed in the "rewards history" tab in your adanola.com account.

Money off vouchers:

The below table sets out the number of points you need to achieve before you can redeem a reward voucher for money off your order (there is no minimum spend).

These vouchers are one time use, non-transferable, non-combinable and are valid for one year from the date you receive your voucher.

Birthday vouchers:

If you add your birthday to your Adanola account, you will receive a 20% off voucher 1 week before your birthday.

This voucher is valid for 2 weeks, on a single transaction, with no minimum spend. This is non-transferable, non-combinable.

To receive this voucher, you must register your birthdate a minimum of 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the time you registered and the 30 day waiting period, you will be skipped for that calendar year. If your birthday has passed in the current calendar year, you can register it in your account any time, however you will receive your voucher on your birthday in the following calendar year.

Where are my points?

If you have not earned points on your purchase, you should first check if you were logged into your Adanola account and haven’t mistakenly checked out as a guest.

You must be logged into your account to earn rewards points and must redeem any rewards before you complete checkout.

Please note, points can take upto 14 days to show on your account.

Points can also be added retrospectively to your account if an account is created less than 30 days since your last purchase.

Please contact Customer Service here if you need help with this or if you have checked out as a guest by mistake.

If you return or cancel your purchase for any reason, any points gained as a result of the purchase will be deducted from your balance.

How is free delivery calculated if I qualify for it?

If you have achieved Tier 3 status, your free standard delivery will be applied automatically, please ensure you are logged in to your account for this to add.

If you are in Tier 1, you will receive a free shipping coupon via email after you sign up to Adanola Rewards Club. This will also show in your rewards history here: https://adanola.com/pages/rewards Please note, this can not be used in conjunction with other discount codes or vouchers.

How does early access work?

If you are in Tier 3, you will receive an email from help@adanola.com 1 hour before a collection launch time. To access the collection, you must be logged in to your account to view. If you are unsubscribed from emails, you will not receive this email.

Removals and Returns

Can I be removed from the Adanola Rewards Club?

If you do not wish to be contacted by Adanola about the Adanola Rewards Club, please contact dataprotection@adanola.com

We can remove any Adanola Rewards Club member, and terminate your Adanola account, if we reasonably suspect that someone's activity to achieve points and/or Tier status is fraudulent or and abuse of these terms.

What happens to points if I return my order?

Your points will be automatically adjusted for any products you do not wish to keep and will be shown in the "rewards history" tab. Please contact Customer Service here if you need help with any order returns or cancellations.

You can return an order even if you redeemed rewards points for a discount. If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the amount spent after the discount was applied. Any points used to redeem the discount will be automatically credited into your rewards account.

Can my points and/or Tier status expire?

Your points will expire after 1 year of inactivity (for example, you have not placed any orders or redeemed any points).

We will contact you via email prior to this to remind you.

As soon as you achieve Tier status 2 or 3, you will remain in that Tier for 1 year, even if you redeem all points. You will never move down a Tier for using/spending points.
