Allow up to 3 days from placing your order to dispatch confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping note

Just a heads up! We want your parcel to arrive with you safely, so we strongly discourage placing orders to short-term or temporary addresses (e.g. hotels, hostels, or Airbnb accommodations).

Deliveries to these locations can be tricky and often delayed, misplaced, or returned due to limited access and unpredictable availability when the package arrives.

Please be aware; if you choose to ship to a temporary address, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.

 

Will I be charged Customs fees?

The following countries are “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)”, meaning no duties are charged to the customer;

United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

International orders may be subject to import fees upon receipt, as all orders are currently shipped from the UK. All import duties, customs charges, taxes and admin fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control.
