Returns

Please visit the Adanola Returns Center, complete the returns form and we will get back to you with further instructions of how to return your order.

 

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

From 15th November 2025, any order placed until 31st December 2025 will be eligible for return until 31st January 2026. Any orders placed after 31st December will be subject to our normal 30 day return policy. If you need to discuss your return further, please contact our customer care team here.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.

 

Free US Returns

We now offer free returns via drop off at USPS locations. When submitting your return, you can choose a USPS return, to either drop off your parcel with a QR code or a printed label.
