This page sets out Frequently Asked Questions in respect of the Adanola Rewards Club (the "Club")

What is the Club?

It is Adanola's loyalty programme where members are rewarded when they carry out certain actions and activities. Our members can earn points which can be redeemed against certain Adanola rewards.

 

How do I enrol?

As soon as you create an adanola.com account you will be automatically enrolled into our Club. If you have an existing adanola.com account you will be automatically enrolled into the Club following its launch.

 

What does it cost?

Enrolment into the Club is (and will remain) free for every adanola.com account holder.

 

Where is my rewards info?

You can check your points balance, tier status and access other perks and benefits by visiting the rewards page in your adanola.com account.

 

Do I receive points for past purchases?

No, you will only receive points for any purchases made after the launch of the Club, on the 23rd May 2023 at 08:00 BST, provided you are logged into your adanola.com account when making the purchase.

 

What if I have multiple accounts?

You may only join the Club with one adanola.com account. If you have multiple adanola.com accounts under your name and/or email address, please contact Customer Service to resolve at help@adanola.com.

 

How do I earn points?

You get 10 points for simply enrolling into the Club and more points when you carry out certain actions and activities, for example by purchasing products, leaving us a review, following us on socials via the rewards page and much more. Details on all the ways you can earn points is set out here. Note there is no limit on the points you can earn.

 

How do I redeem points?

It's easy to exchange your points for Adanola rewards. This is done via the rewards page in your adanola.com account which will show any available points and rewards. Click the "redeem" button at the bottom of the page to turn your points into various Adanola rewards, including vouchers. Any rewards claimed will be listed in the "rewards history" tab in your adanola.com account.

 

Money off voucher

The below table sets out the number of points you need to achieve before you can redeem a reward voucher for money off your order (provided you meet the minimum spend threshold). These vouchers are one time use, non-transferable, non-combinable and are valid for one year from the date you receive your voucher.

Birthday voucher

If you add your birthdate to your Adanola account you will, or on around your birthdate every year, receive a voucher to receive one free pair of selected Adanola branded bold socks in cream, light grey melange, black or white, when you make a minimum spend £50 before any delivery charges are applied. The birthday voucher is for use in a single transaction, is one time use, non-transferable, non-combinable and is valid for one year from the date you receive your voucher.

To receive this voucher, you must register your birthdate a minimum of 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the time you registered and the 30 day waiting period, you will receive your birthday voucher 30 days after you registered your birthdate with us (only applicable for the first year). If your birthday has passed in the current calendar year, you can register it in your account any time, however you will receive your voucher on your birthday in the following year.

 

Anniversary voucher

On the date you were enrolled into the Club, you will receive a voucher to receive a free Adanola cap when you make a minimum spend of £50 before any delivery charges are applied. The anniversary voucher is for use in a single transaction, is one time use, non-transferable, non-combinable, and is valid for 30 days from receipt of the voucher email by you.

 

Can I be removed from the Club?

If you do not wish to be contacted by Adanola about the Club, please contact dataprotection@adanola.com

We can remove any Club member, and terminate its Adanola account, if we reasonably suspect that someone's activity to achieve points and/or tier status is fraudulent or and abuse of these terms.

 

What is the refer a friend scheme?

Any Club member can join the scheme which is accessed via the rewards page in your Adanola account. If you refer a friend, and your friend makes their first purchase of £80 or more (with no refunds or cancellations) you will automatically be credited with 200 rewards points. Your friend will also receive a voucher to save £10 off their first order if they spend over £80. You can only refer the same friend once. Any points earned through this scheme will also be shown in the "rewards history" tab in your Adanola account.

 

Why has my referral link failed?

Please contact Customer Service at help@adanola.com if you need help with a referral code. However please note, your referral code may be unsuccessful due to the following;

Insufficient spend. The minimum spend needed of £80 has not been reached, or it has been part paid for with a coupon. 

Broken journey. The referee clicked on the link, and made the purchase on a different IP address or user agent.

→ Not a first purchase. The referral will only be completed if the minimum amount is spent in the users first purchase made via the referral link. The amount also cannot span across several purchases

→ Fraud prevention. The coupon code will be deactivated on a fraud prevention basis if the IP address of the referrer and the referee match

 

What happens to points if I return my order?

Your points will be automatically adjusted for any products you do not wish to keep and will be shown in the "rewards history" tab. Please contact Customer Service at help@adanola.com if you need help with any order returns or cancellations.

You can return an order even if you redeemed rewards points for a discount. If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the amount spent after the discount was applied. Any points used to redeem the discount will be automatically credited into your rewards account.

 

Can my points and/or tier status expire?

Your points will expire after 1 year of inactivity with the Club (for example, you have not placed any orders or redeemed any points). We will contact you via email prior to this to remind you.

As soon as you achieve tier status 2 or 3, you will remain in that tier for 1 year, and after this time you will either stay in that tier or be placed in another tier. Details on all the ways you can move through the three tiers is set out here [LINK TO T&Cs].

 

Where are my points?

If you have not earned points on your purchase, you should first check if you were logged into your Adanola account and haven’t mistakenly checked out as a guest. You must be logged into your account to earn rewards points and must redeem any rewards before you complete checkout. Please contact Customer Service at help@adanola.com if you need help with this or if you have checked out as a guest by mistake.

If you return or cancel your purchase for any reason, any points gained as a result of the purchase will be deducted from your balance.

 

How is free delivery calculated if I qualify for it?

If you have achieved tier 2 or 3 status, your free standard delivery discount code (for free shipping on one or all orders) will be displayed in your rewards page in your adanola.com account and is valid for 12 months from the date the relevant tier is achieved. Your tier 2 status free shipping code can be found in your rewards history and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or vouchers (unless expressly stated otherwise). Your tier 3 status free shipping on all orders will apply automatically, and can be used in conjunction with other offers.
