IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDERS (EACH, AN "ORDER") FOR ANY PRODUCTS (EACH, A "PRODUCT") OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERED A MINOR IN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN'S PERMISSION TO MAKE AN ORDER AND TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU ARE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF A MINOR, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BIND THE MINOR TO THESE TERMS AND TO FULLY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ADANOLA IF THE MINOR BREACHES ANY OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 13 YEARS OLD, YOU MAY NOT SUBMIT ANY ORDERS THROUGH THE SITE.

We only accept orders when we've checked them
We will contact you to acknowledge that we've received your Order and to confirm that we have accepted it.
Sometimes we reject orders
Sometimes we reject Orders, for example, because:
→ a Product is unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable;
→ your Order is flagged as unusual or susceptible to fraud using our security software;
→ we believe (in our absolute discretion) that you are reselling our Products without our express written approval;
→ your billing information is incorrect or unverified;
→ the Product was mispriced by us; or
→ for any other errors or mistakes in the information on our Website.
When we reject an Order, we let you know as soon as possible by email and refund any sums you have paid.
We charge you when you place an Order
Title to the Product you Order will transfer to you only once we have received payment in full and the Product has been delivered to you. If you return a Product, title and risk of loss will return to us for that Product only once we have received it. By placing an Order through our Website, you expressly consent to us or our third-party payment processors charging the payment method you provided the amount specified in the Order plus any associated taxes (including sales tax) and transaction fees.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control
If our supply of your Product is delayed by an event outside our control, such as a fire or flood at our warehouse, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can submit an inquiry to our customer service team at the following link (https://adanola.com/pages/contact), to cancel the Order and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for, but not received.
Products can vary slightly from their pictures
A Product's true color may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing or its packaging may be slightly different.
Our promotional discounts
Adanola discount codes may entitle you to an offer on your online Order. To utilize your offer, enter your unique code at the second stage of checkout, before payment is taken and click "apply". Promotion codes are only valid for use on adanola.com. Please note; promotional codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Promotional codes are also non-transferable and are not valid for the purchase of gift cards or gift vouchers.
Sometimes discount codes may not apply
Sometimes discounts codes may not apply, for example, because:
→ your unique code has already been used on a previous Order;
→ you have another discount already applied to your Order;
→ your discount code has expired;
→ you have not reached the minimum spend threshold required, if applicable;
→ For US Orders, you already receive free standard delivery on Orders over $200 & free express delivery on Orders over $250* without a code and may not apply a discount beyond those automatic discounts;

Return Policy
All returns are subject to the terms set forth at https://adanola.com/pages/returns (the "Return Policy"). In case of conflict with the return terms set forth in these Terms, the Return Policy applies.
We can change Products and these Terms
We can change these Terms or change, remove or add Products (including pricing or details) at any time. If you have registered for an account, we will email you with any material changes to these Terms. If you have placed an order for a Product prior to such change, the Terms in effect at the time of such order will apply to such order.

YOUR SOLE REMEDIES, AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY, IN THE CASE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR OUR BREACH OF WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRODUCTS IS THE RETURN AND REPLACE OR RETURN AND REFUND PROCESSES SET FORTH IN THE RETURN POLICY.
We're not responsible for the following losses you may suffer:
ADANOLA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM SOUNDS IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADANOLA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES YOU SUFFER FOR A PARTICULAR ORDER IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY ADANOLA FOR SUCH ORDER.

Other important terms apply to our contract
We can transfer our contract with you or delegate our obligations, so that a different organization is responsible for supplying your Product. We'll tell you in writing if this happens and we'll ensure that the transfer won't affect your rights under the contract. You may not assign this contract or your rights herein, or delegate your obligations, without our consent.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court or arbitrator invalidates some of this contract or decides that some of these Terms are unlawful, the rest of it will still apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later. A waiver of our rights in one instance will not be interpreted as waiving that right in future instances.
We may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms may have changed since you last reviewed them. Every time you place an Order for products on our Website, the Terms then in effect will apply to that Order.
